Rooms and Package Reservation/Cancellation Information

To confirm a room reservation the last night’s room rack rate is required to confirm reservation. The “Stonepine Estate Experience” and the "Stonepine Estate Couples Weekend" packages requires the full amount of the package price at the time of booking to secure the reservation.

We have a thirty-day cancellation policy; should you cancel your reservation outside thirty days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded in full. Should you cancel 11-30 days prior to arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less 10%. Should you cancel inside 11 days prior to your arrival: your deposit will be forfeit.

Dining Club Members

We are delighted to introduce you to a very special program offerred to the Chateau Noel Dining Club for the months of March and April.

Host a 4 course dinner preceded by a Champagne and Hors d’Oeuvres reception for eight or more and receive a complimentary accommodation for one night at our beautiful Estate.

Come early and enjoy the 12 formal gardens around the Chateau and our many amenities such as tennis, bicycling, practice golf, archery…before preparing for your guests to arrive. Welcome them to your "home" with a glass of Champagne & tasty Hors d"Oeuvres prior to being seated for a delightful dinner.  The next morning, before returning to whence you came, partake in a complimentary breakfast awaiting you in the Chateau Noel Dining Room.
