A 10% Service fee and 10.5% tax will be added to room rack rates

Rooms and Package Reservation/Cancellation Information

To confirm your room reservation the last night’s room rack rate is required. "The Estate Experience,” The Carmel Valley Wine Discovery" and "The Equestrian Immersion" packages requires the full amount of the package price at the time of booking to secure the reservation.

We have a thirty-day cancellation policy; should you cancel your reservation outside thirty days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded in full. Should you cancel 11-30 days prior to arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less 10%. Should you cancel inside 11 days prior to your arrival: your deposit will be forfeit.
